Performance Guarantees:

  • Negotiable Terms: The Fairview Tavern is open to discussing guarantees based on the act's draw, experience, and past performance history.

  • Performance Agreement: Details of the performance, including set duration, compensation, and any specific requirements, will be outlined.

Additional Notes:

  • Promotion: Acts are encouraged to actively promote their performance through their own channels, in addition to The Fairview Tavern’s marketing efforts.

  • Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, acts must provide at least 72 hours’ notice.

  • Music Style: We welcome performances of covers or original music across various genres, classic rock, rock, blues, country, and jam bands.

Performance Standards:

  • Professionalism: All acts must demonstrate professionalism in their interactions with The Fairview Tavern staff and patrons.

  • Punctuality: Timely arrival for set-up, any sound checks, various prep times and performances is appreciated.

  • Courtesy: Respectful and courteous behavior is expected at all times.
