  • Discussion: Selected acts may be contacted for further discussion regarding performance details, expectations, and potential guarantees.

Performance Guarantees:

  • Negotiable Terms: The Fairview Tavern is open to discussing guarantees based on the act's draw, experience, and past performance history. Keep in mind this is a smaller venue,  guarantees have to make financial sense.

  • Performance Agreement: Details of the performance, including set duration, compensation, and any specific requirements, will be outlined.

Additional Notes:

  • Promotion: Acts are encouraged to actively promote their performance through their own channels, in addition to The Fairview Tavern’s marketing efforts.

  • Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, acts must provide at least 72 hours’ notice.
