My first kitchen job was making pizzas at Antonio’s in 1988. Since then I’ve been from fast food to country club kitchens. I’ve always fell back on pizza, I enjoy it. I’ve worked corporate and mom and pop places, mostly smaller places. I love to cook and plan to do it as long as I can.
