Celebrate Fat Tuesday with a lineup straight out of Louisiana. Our Crawfish Beignets feature crawfish tails blended with cheddar and scallions, wrapped in flaky pastry and fried golden, served with classic remoulade. Cajun Fried Gator Skewers bring tender, beer-battered bites finished with a bright cilantro-lime dipping sauce, while the Crispy Shrimp Po’ Boy stacks golden popcorn shrimp with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and Cajun tartar on fresh bread. Round it out with a hearty bowl of Jambalaya, loaded with seasoned rice, smoky spice, and a traditional mix of proteins for a true taste of the Gulf Coast.
